24-hour support

To make sure customers receive proper support and maintenance, IAP offers a 24-hour support contract, which covers the following maintenance and support:

  • Helpdesk open 24/7 and 365 days per year
  • Corrective maintenance with a response time of four hours or the next (working) day
  • On-site support for minor changes, with a fast response time
  • Documentation and follow-up of changes to applications
  • Preventive maintenance
