24-hour support
To make sure customers receive proper support and maintenance, IAP offers a 24-hour support contract, which covers the following maintenance and support:
- Helpdesk open 24/7 and 365 days per year
- Corrective maintenance with a response time of four hours or the next (working) day
- On-site support for minor changes, with a fast response time
- Documentation and follow-up of changes to applications
- Preventive maintenance
