On the one hand, managing a plant becomes more and more dependent on different control- and informational systems. On the other hand, the group of people who can support these systems is often very limited. A 24-hour support system, 365 days a year is therefore often not taken care of properly.

You can imagine what the costs are for a forced stop because the control or safety system is “down”.
