Formulation of the problem

In most cases, a project will start with an idea. Subsequently, a number of specific steps will be taken to come to a formulation of the problem and then to the solution for this problem. By using the knowledge of IAP right from the start, you might prevent unnecessary investments in “iron”.  After deliberation with your process technologists, the IAP consultants will determine what the optimal solution for this automation concept might be. They will also assist you in outlining the financial consequences.
IAP will list  alternatives with the corresponding technical and financial risks and chances.
