24-hour support

Industrial installations are often operational 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. A forced production stop often involves high costs. To a large extent, the installations are dependent on the modern control systems. In many cases, there are just a limited amount of engineers who dispose of the required knowledge in order to solve the problems. In order to be able to provide adequate support at any given moment in time, IAP offers a 24-hour support contract in which a number of maintenance and support functions are arranged.

• Help desk during office hours or 24 hours a day / 365 days a year;
• Corrective maintenance with a response time within 4 hours or the next working day;
• On-site support for small alterations, with a rapid response time;
• Filing documents and follow up of application alterations;
• Preventive maintenance.

The IAP engineers are trained on your application in order to provide an optimal support.
